Art has always been my way of communicating what  words cannot. I am drawn to the fluidity and luminosity of watercolor, which mirrors life’s fleeting beauty and unpredictability. Each brushstroke celebrates light and a connection to the world around me. Each painting calls attention to the magic in this moment.

My work explores the balance between realism and abstraction, uncovering beauty in landscapes, wildlife, and the human form, with a special focus on water. I see art as storytelling—a bridge between the seen and the felt. My watercolor paintings honor wild, untouched places, celebrating their beauty while urging preservation. My figurative pieces embrace vulnerability, challenge societal norms, and invite empathy, reminding us of our shared humanity. I want to remind you that we as humans have a place as a part of nature, not something separate.

Many people are unaware of the bold vibrance that watercolor offers. Its transparency allows light to shine, creating a dance between control and surrender. This medium’s unpredictability challenges and thrills me, reflecting life’s complexity. Through it, I explore the balance of realism and abstraction, celebrating beauty in its many forms.
