1. About Britt Masters Fine Art

Britt Masters Fine Art offers original watercolor paintings, museum-quality fine art prints, greeting cards, and other art-related products for purchase through this website.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If an order must be canceled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout where required.

4. Payment

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe and, where applicable, Shopify Payments.

We do not store your complete payment information.

5. Shipping

Original Artwork

Original paintings are professionally packaged and typically ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise communicated.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are produced to order and may require additional production time before shipping.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided during checkout whenever possible.

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

6. Risk of Loss

Ownership of artwork transfers to the purchaser upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and artwork immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with an insurance claim.

7. Returns and Refunds

Original Paintings

Due to the unique nature of original artwork, all original painting sales are considered final unless the artwork arrives damaged or an error has occurred.

Fine Art Prints

Because prints are custom produced for each order, they are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of both the packaging and the product.

Approved claims may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

8. Colors and Images

We strive to accurately represent artwork through photography and digital images. However, colors may vary slightly depending on individual monitor and device settings. Minor variations between on-screen images and the physical artwork do not constitute defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, photographs, website content, logos, text, and designs are the intellectual property of Britt Masters unless otherwise noted.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, distributed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission.

10. Limited License

Visitors may view and share links to this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other use of website content is permitted without written authorization.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes. 
• Attempt to interfere with website security. 
• Upload malicious software or code. 
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights. 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Britt Masters Fine Art shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the applicable order.
