Every original painting is created by Britt Masters and packaged with the same care and attention that went into creating the artwork itself.

Shipping

Original Paintings

Original watercolor paintings are professionally packaged using archival materials and protective shipping methods designed to safeguard your artwork during transit.

Original artwork typically ships within 5–7 business days of purchase unless otherwise communicated.

Each original painting is:

• Carefully packaged using museum-quality materials whenever appropriate 
• Shipped fully insured 
• Includes tracking information 
• May require a signature upon delivery for higher-value purchases 

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your artwork ships.

Fine Art Prints

Museum-quality fine art prints are produced to order using archival materials selected for exceptional color accuracy and longevity.

Please allow additional time for printing before shipment. Production and shipping times may vary depending on print size and destination.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Britt Masters Fine Art primarily ships within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order. Whenever possible, we'll gladly provide a shipping quote and discuss available options.

Damaged Shipments

Every order is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Photographs of the shipping box 
• Photographs of all packaging materials 
• Photographs of the damaged artwork 
• Your order number 

We'll work promptly with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement (when possible) or a refund.

Returns

Original Artwork

Because every original painting is one of a kind, all original artwork sales are final unless the artwork arrives damaged or an error has occurred with your order.

If you have questions before purchasing an original painting, we're always happy to help.

Fine Art Prints

Each fine art print is custom produced specifically for your order. Because of their made-to-order nature, prints cannot be returned due to changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer preference.

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs so we can make it right.

Color Accuracy

Every effort is made to photograph artwork as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor, device, and display settings. Minor differences between the digital image and the physical artwork are normal and do not constitute a defect.
